Service Description

Support your team's well-being and give them space to breathe, integrate, and destress while moving their bodies - all at your place of work. Elements Yoga will lead your team through an all-levels flow, designed at ironing out workplace-associated posture issues, providing some calm, and giving the body space to move. Elements can also prepare sequences which reflect your organisation's values, or which address current issues your workplace may be experiencing. Cost includes travel in Wellington and Kapiti/Porirua. Classes can be extended to 60 minutes for an additional fee.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or rescheduled bookings may not be entitled to a refund. Private appointments: Please advise Elements Yoga as soon as possible (phone, email, or text) if you are going to miss or be late for an appointment. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled. Your entitlement to a refund is at the discretion of Elements Yoga. - If you are less than 15 minutes late, the session will run until the scheduled finish time.
