I have completed an additional 85 hour prenatal yoga teacher training, which means I can safely design and put together yoga flows and exercises for pregnant women. My pregnancy yoga incorporates strengthening and mobility asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to help ease the changes in the body, and build strength for birth, all designed in a way that is safe for mother and baby. Practising yoga in pregnancy creates time and space to integrate the process of change that is taking place. By drawing your attention inward, your awareness of and connection with your baby is deepened, preparing you for birth. Each class lasts 45 minutes. Suitable for all levels. The Zoom link is sent out prior to class - you will be required to answer some questions about your pregnancy prior to joining the class - so keep an eye on your inbox.
