Pregnancy Yoga - Private 1:1 - 5 Classes

Service Description

I have completed an additional 85 hour prenatal yoga teacher training, which means I can safely design and put together yoga flows to support you through your pregnancy. My pregnancy yoga incorporates strengthening and mobility asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to help ease the changes in the body, and build strength for birth, all designed in a way that is safe for mother and baby. Your class is customised to where you are in your yoga and pregnancy journey, providing and safe yet effective practice. Practising yoga in pregnancy creates time and space to integrate the process of change that is taking place. By drawing your attention inward, your awareness of and connection with your baby is deepened, preparing you for birth. Each session lasts 1 hour. Once you have booked this block of 5 sessions and chosen your first class time, please contact me to arrange a time for your 4 subsequent sessions, at times that suits us both. This block of 5 classes saves you $5 per session compared to booking individual sessions. If you wish to book just one class, go back to the Classes page to see the 1 class listing. Mats and props provided, just turn up in comfortable clothing, and bring a drink bottle, mask, and small towel if you wish. Cancellation Policy

If you are late, please advise the studio. If you are less than 15 minutes late, the session will proceed and finish at the booked time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled.
