Service Description

I meet you both where you are at in your yoga journey, whether you are a total beginners, want to learn a bit more about the basics of yoga, or just want to enjoy exercising together with the personalised attention of a private class, rather than a big studio class. Mats provided, just turn up in comfortable clothing, bring a drink bottle, and small towel if you wish. If you're new to yoga and not sure about what to expect, or have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me: erin@elementsyoga.nz.

Cancellation Policy

If you are late, please advise the studio. If you are less than 15 minutes late, the session will proceed and finish at the booked time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled.
