Training for an event? Your instructor, Erin, will have a chat with you to discuss what you are looking to achieve from your yoga practice and how it can help with your training, sports or events. Your class will consist of yoga poses, flows, stretches and exercises, designed to help you reach your goals. Erin has completed ultra-marathons, triathlons, and many marathons. Yoga has helped her with training and recovery, strengthening, injury rehabilitation and breath regulation.
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or rescheduled bookings may not be entitled to a refund.
