You choose the right type of class for your situation or budget.  I offer weekly or bi-weekly small group classes (packages or casual classes), 1:1 private classes in my Plimmerton home studio, or bring a friend for 1:2 classes.  I am trained in specialist prenatal pregnancy yoga (private or group classes) and offer customised yoga for athletes.
