Service Description

This Thursday 1 February 2024, join me in the studio for a 60 minute vinyasa flow designed to balance the seven chakras in the spine. Together we will align these energy wheels, finishing with a chakra harmonising meditation, finishing feeling restored. Suitable for all levels, all mats and proprs provided. Spaces are limited so book in early.
