Chilled Out Yin
Sundays 4-5pm. A group Yin class to help you release and slow down

Join me for a chilled out Yin practice. In yin, we release the deep connective tissues, bones and joints in a slowed-down practice where we do not leave our mat. Finish with a relaxing integrative meditation practice to end your week. All props provided. PLEASE NOTE: Because of the intensity of the work we do in Yin, we do not recommend Yin if you are pregnant. Yin can be a drying practice. Make sure you are well hydrated.
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or rescheduled bookings may not be entitled to a refund. Private appointments: Please advise Elements Yoga as soon as possible (phone, email, or text) if you are going to miss or be late for an appointment. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled. Your entitlement to a refund is at the discretion of Elements Yoga. - If you are less than 15 minutes late, the session will run until the scheduled finish time.
