Service Description

Whether you are returning to practice after birth, looking for healthy ways to start moving the body post-birth, or just need a bit of time out just for you, book a private 60 minute yoga session and get the benefit of my specialist post-natal yoga training certification. This service is generally available from 8 weeks post natal to 3 months post natal.

Cancellation Policy

If you are late, please advise the studio. If you are less than 15 minutes late, the session will proceed and finish at the booked time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled.
