Service Description

This blissful 75 minute session celebrates the shortest day with a thoughtful blend of a grounding yin practice followed by a nurturing restorative practice, and finishing with a meditation to align you with the shifting energy of winter.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 1 hour in advance. Late cancellations or rescheduled bookings may not be entitled to a refund or session credit.
