Service Description

In Yoga SCULPT we stay respectful to yogic roots with breath/body connection, sun salutations, deep flows and of course, savasana... but we add (light) weights to the asana for a more physical approach. This class is perfect for a yogi who wants an additional physical challenge in a slightly higher energy environment, while still experiencing all the benefits of a traditional practice.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 1 hour in advance. Late cancellations or rescheduled bookings may not be entitled to a refund or session credit.
