At Elements Yoga my goal is to remove the common barriers people experience when it comes to accessing yoga, and to share the benefits of yoga to all people.
You are welcomed exactly as you are, with thoughtfully designed yoga flows offering plenty of options and modifications.
I meet you where you are at in your yoga journey, whether you are a total beginner, are grappling with an injury, are returning back to exercise, or just want the personalised attention of a 1:1 session, or small group class, rather than a big studio class.
You choose the right type of class for your situation or budget. I offer weekly or bi-weekly small group classes (packages or casual classes), private classes in my Plimmerton home studio, and corporate yoga throughout workplaces in Wellington. I hold specialist training in prenatal/pregnancy and post-natal yoga, and I offer customised yoga for athletes.
Meet Erin Fitzherbert
I have practiced yoga for 15 years in a variety of locations and studios. Yoga has helped me in all parts of my life – in my demanding work as a lawyer, when recovering from a traumatic injury, when training to run ultra marathons, whenever I have needed to find space, peace and clarity.
Having completed 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, plus additional 85 hour Prenatal Certification and Post-Natal Certifications, I can assist people at all stages in their yoga journey.
My teaching style is intuitive, warm and adaptable to suit how you are feeling and what you need from your practice in that moment.
